Handmade Orders
All physical items are made to order.
Production time: 1–2 weeks.
Orders are completed in the order they are received. If you need your order by a specific date, please leave a note at checkout. While I will do my best to accommodate your request, I cannot guarantee rush orders.
Digital PDF Patterns
PDF patterns are available for instant download once payment has been successfully processed.
Due to the nature of digital products, PDF patterns cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded after purchase.
Shipping
All orders are shipped with tracked delivery.
Estimated shipping times (after production):
- UK: 2–3 business days
- USA: 10–14 business days
- All Other Countries: approximately 2 weeks
USA orders may be shipped with prepaid duties (DDP), where available, meaning no additional customs fees are due upon delivery.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, holidays, or postal delays.
Customs Duties & Taxes
The buyer is responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or other fees required by their country.
If customs charges are refused, the shipping carrier may return or dispose of the parcel according to their policies. I am not responsible for unpaid customs fees, returned or destroyed parcels, delays, or any losses resulting from the refusal to pay import charges.

Returns and exchange details
- All items are carefully personalized with care and examined before delivery therefore we don't usually accept returns or exchanges unless the fault was ours. However, if you have an issue with your item, please contact us within 14 days and we will be happy to discuss refund/ exchange with you!
